Getting the Most from Your Equipment

Simply investing in top quality Dansensor gas flushing equipment, doesn’t guarantee that your company will derive the maximum benefit from it. You also need to invest in training colleagues, to ensure they have the knowledge to operate & routinely maintain it correctly.

When your operators, supervisors and maintenance engineers have that essential product information, they can optimise the equipment and your production and reduce your subsequent servicing and repair costs.

There is a range of training options to suit your needs:

On-Site Training
All of our training is delivered on site, so that it can be practically applied to the trainees’ work place. It also means that staff do not have to travel.

A day’s training is typically 5-6 hours on site, allowing the trainer time to travel.

Our courses include relevant documentation & individual certification. The client company is responsible for providing a suitable “classroom”.

Post-Installation Training & Optimisation
Helps ensure that the maximum benefit is derived from installing your new Dansensor online equipment. Ideal for up to 4 staff of – “Superusers” and/or Maintenance Engineers.

In the classtroom, our Engineer Trainer explains the set-up and operation of the equipment, before supervising the “Superusers”, as they put that theory into practice.

On Site New User / Refresher Training
An on-site, classroom based session for a maximum of four “Superusers”, or four Maintenance Engineers. Our Engineer Trainer comprehensively explains the set-up, operation and maintenance of the equipment.

A single session will last approx. 2.5 hours per instrument type. This course is not suitable for user/operators, as delegates will be given full knowledge of access passwords.
