Dansensor LeakPointer H2O offers a visual leak test (bubble test) for all types of flexible, semi-rigid and rigid packages, helping to identify the exact location of a leak. This test is ideal for gas flushed packs with ample headspace, as well as packs with little, or no headspace, such as vacuum, or skin packs.

Dansensor LeakPointer 3 and LeakPointer 3+ are non-destructive, leak detectors. They are fast, sensitive and effective at checking the pack integrity of gas flushed products. These 4th generation leak detectors from Dansensor, use CO₂ as a trace gas. Reliable and repeatedly capable of detecting very small leaks, down to 50 microns (µm). Cost effective, non-destructive tests reduce the product and packaging waste created by other methods and can help products achieve the declared shelf life.
