Help Finding Your Leakers
Comprehensive Dansensor Leak Detection
Finding gas leaks in gas flushed packaging is as crucial as getting the gas mix and headspace gas spot on. If you have the first two sorted, with our in-line gas mixers and in-line headspace gas analysers, then you’re already a long way to hitting the dictated shelf life.
However, if you aren’t checking for leakers just as efficiently then you’re missing an essential step to help maintain your reputation, as well as make further savings on costs, product and material waste.
Holes and Product Entrapment
There are a number of ways a leak can happen. From the more readily visible entrapment of product in the film seal, gaps in channel seams and gussets to the impossible to see holes in the packaging surface.
Where ever the issue lies, we have a way of helping you find it, so you can act quickly to solve the problem.
