Protection for Dansensor Online Analysers and Gas Mixers From Water And Dust Ingress

The Dansensor MAP Check 3, Dansensor MAP Check 3 VAC, Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus or Dansensor MAP Mix Focus are often situated in harsh environments within food production facilities, where thorough & rigorous hygiene routines are essential.

Prevent water and dust ingress  This can result in occasional and accidental water ingress into the units. Equally, dust can build up inside the units, when they are used with products such as grated cheese and cereals and inside bakeries.

As repair of the gas mixer and gas analyser might be expensive, it is worth mitigating the risk by mounting the equipment inside an IP54 stainless steel enclosure, to protect them against dust or water ingress.

The box has been specifically designed and constructed of 314 Stainless Steel and will house any of our four units – Dansensor MAP Check 3, Dansensor MAP Check 3 VAC, Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus, or Dansensor MAP Mix Focus.

Fitted with an airtight front access door, with a perspex window for viewing the touch screen display of the equipment. The top panel is removed in order to access the whole of the unit.

Supplied with a bag of universal grommets.
