About Our Technical Help Desk
Our Technical Help Desk is staffed by fully trained Dansensor engineers who, with a few diagnostic questions will be able to quickly assess the situation and what next steps to take. It may be possible to identify the solution in that initail phone call, or a next step may be a Whats App / Video Call, which can be extremely helpul for understanding at first hand, what might be causing the issue.
