With an impressive flow capacity of up to 1500 litres per minute, the Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus is available with either two, or three gas inputs. It can safely mix any combination of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and atmospheric air. 

Regularly used by customers on individual flow wrap / bagger and tray seal / thermoformer packaging lines, the MAP Mix Provectus also offers a powerful central function. When piggybacked with a buffer tank, it delivers accurate central mixing capability at a reliable and consistent pressure.

Digital Accuracy
Installing the MAP Mix Provectus brings an end to the constant adjustment of dials on manual mixer set ups, which are notorious for regularly drifting out of tolerance. The digital settings on the MAP Mix Provectus are easy, and intuitive, to operate. Password protected access prevents the gas flow from being changed during the production run.

Compatible Live Data Stream

Compatible With Check weigher and Metal detector Software
The live stream of data, from the MAP Mix Provectus, is compatible with the same 3^rd party data capture software, commonly used for collecting real time data from Check weighers and Metal detectors.
