Be Confident That Your Packs Aren’t Leaking on Your Customer’s Shelves

Essential Leak Detection. An increasing number of leading retailers are expecting their food suppliers to check for leaking packs, at the end of the packing process.

And while it remains essential to get the gas mix and headspace gas spot on, if you aren’t checking for leakers as efficiently, then you are missing a vital step in maintaining your reputation, as well as making further savings on costs, product and material waste.

Holes and Product Entrapment. There are several ways a leak can occur, including visible entrapment of product in the film seal, gaps in channel seams and gussets, to those impossible to see holes in the packaging surface.

Whatever the cause, we have a way to help you find the issue. You can then take action to quickly solve the problem.

Dansensor LeakPointer H20
