Economy Mixing of 2 or 3 Gasses for Either Flow or Buffer Packaging Machines
Economic & easy to use, the MAP Mix 9001 uses the proportional gas mixing principle to mix carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, or argon in any 2-gas or 3-gas combinations.
Output ranging from 20 – 400 L / min. Available in dedicated variants for both buffer tank, or flow applications. Sturdy industrial design made in stainless steel/aluminium. Easy adjustment of the required gas mix.
The mixer features detection of a “too low” gas inlet pressure, with an alarm relay output to the external control. The inlet pressure alarm also has a visual indication per gas and an acoustic alarm.
The Dansensor® MAP Mix 9001 series offers good linearity, in the flow range of 15 – 100% and mix settings of 10 – 90%. Mix accuracy is better than +/- 2% absolute.
Optional On/Off solenoid valve for gas flow, to shut off the gas flow on flow packaging machines, when the packaging machine stops.
